Third-Party Integrations
Users may choose to connect third-party services including Meta, Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile.
When authorized by the user, MediaReachAI may access approved account information, analytics, pages, reviews, posts, engagement metrics, and related business data necessary to provide requested platform features.
MediaReachAI does not sell connected platform data and only uses authorized data to operate requested dashboard functionality, reporting, scheduling, recommendations, and related marketing tools.
If a user enables publishing features, MediaReachAI may submit user-reviewed Facebook Page posts or Instagram professional-account image, video, or carousel posts only after the user explicitly confirms Publish Now or explicitly confirms automatic publishing for a scheduled post. Adding an item to the calendar by itself does not authorize publication.
Users may disconnect integrations at any time through platform settings or by contacting us.
Connected Platform Data
When a user connects Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business Profile, MediaReachAI may store connection status, selected Facebook Page ID/name, selected Instagram Business or Creator account ID/username, Google Business Profile account or location information, basic performance and insight data returned by those platforms, and access or refresh tokens needed to keep the user-requested connection active.
Connected platform data is accessed only after the authenticated user authorizes the connection through the applicable third-party platform. It is used to show platform connection status, display basic dashboard insights, improve recommendations, personalize content ideas, create user-facing AI marketing suggestions, and help users understand what to post or improve next.
MediaReachAI does not use Google, Facebook, or Instagram user data to train or improve generalized artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models. Connected platform data is used only to provide and improve user-facing features for the authenticated business account.
Connected platform data may be used to create recommendations specifically for the authenticated business that connected the account. It is not used to create generalized AI models, advertising-data resale products, unrelated third-party profiles, credit decisions, surveillance, or products for unrelated businesses.
We do not sell Facebook, Instagram, or Google Business data. We do not disclose connected platform data except to service providers necessary to operate requested features on our behalf, where legally required, or at the user's direction.
Access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted server-side when stored for a connection. App secrets and private credentials are stored server-side and are never displayed publicly.
Users may disconnect Facebook/Instagram or Google Business from the Connected Platforms section of the dashboard when available, or remove MediaReachAI access directly through their Facebook, Instagram, or Google account/app permissions settings. Users may also request connected platform data deletion by following our Platform Data Deletion Instructions.
Google API Services
MediaReachAI's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
When a user connects Google Business Profile, MediaReachAI may access authorized Business Profile account information, selected location information, available performance metrics, connection and synchronization status, and authorization credentials required to maintain the user-requested connection.
Google Business Profile information is used for account and location selection, user-facing insights, user-facing recommendations, connection diagnostics, and features requested by the authenticated business owner.
OAuth credentials are encrypted at rest. Google API-derived account, location, metric, local-post, and diagnostic content is stored only as necessary for user-facing features, is refreshed when available, and is not displayed after it is older than 30 calendar days unless refreshed. Users can disconnect Google Business in the dashboard, revoke access through Google, request connected data deletion, or request deletion of their MediaReachAI account.
AI-Generated Content
MediaReachAI uses artificial intelligence systems and third-party AI providers to generate marketing suggestions, captions, responses, recommendations, and related outputs.
AI-generated content is provided for informational and marketing assistance purposes only.
Users are solely responsible for reviewing, approving, editing, publishing, and ensuring the accuracy, legality, compliance, and appropriateness of all generated content before use.
Publishing tools are designed as user-directed actions. Users choose the platform, review the caption and media, and confirm the action before MediaReachAI submits content to Facebook or Instagram.
MediaReachAI does not guarantee specific marketing results, lead generation outcomes, advertising performance, search rankings, engagement levels, revenue increases, or business success.
Data Storage & Security
We implement commercially reasonable safeguards designed to protect user information and platform security. However, no method of electronic transmission, storage, or internet-based service can be guaranteed to be fully secure or uninterrupted.
Users acknowledge and accept that they use the platform at their own risk.
Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and connected platform access.
Data Retention
New no-card trial accounts must verify their email before product access begins. We store server-controlled verification, trial start, expiration, retention, conversion, quota, and abuse-prevention records. Client-supplied dates do not control access.
A trial ends exactly 14 days after verification. If the account has not subscribed, product access locks without an automatic charge. Saved work and connected-platform data remain associated with the account and eligible for restoration for 30 days after trial expiration.
Expired, never-converted trial accounts may become eligible for cleanup after that period. Automatic destructive cleanup is disabled in this initial release, so eligible data may remain until a verified deletion request or a future reviewed cleanup process. Backups may retain data for the hosting provider's normal backup lifecycle; the owner must confirm that infrastructure schedule.
We may retain account information, dashboard activity, generated content, and operational records for operational, security, legal, backup, analytics, and product improvement purposes unless deletion is requested or required by law.
Anonymous public sales-funnel events are retained for up to 400 days and then removed through routine maintenance. These site-level aggregate marketing records are separate from an individual customer's connected-platform data.
Google Business Profile API-derived account, location, metric, local-post, and diagnostic content is limited to 30 calendar days unless refreshed by the user-requested connection. Authorization credentials required to maintain the requested connection may remain until the user disconnects, revokes access, requests deletion, or deletes the account.
Cookies & Analytics
MediaReachAI may use cookies, analytics tools, session tracking, and similar technologies to improve platform functionality, understand user behavior, monitor performance, and enhance user experience.
Our lightweight first-party sales-funnel analytics may record public page views, calls-to-action, signup progress, checkout progress, successful subscriptions, campaign tags, a sanitized referring domain, a coarse device category, and a random session-only identifier. Funnel records do not include signup field values, names, email addresses, passwords, raw IP addresses, full referrer URLs, payment-card information, or full browser user-agent strings. We do not sell this analytics data.
Users may disable cookies through browser settings; however, some platform features may not function properly.
