MediaReachAI uses saved business information, user instructions, uploaded media context, saved activity, and available connected-platform results to provide user-facing drafts, recommendations, graphics, and explanations.

AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. The account owner is responsible for reviewing facts, rights, claims, pricing, offers, timing, and platform compliance before publishing or using any output. MediaReachAI does not promise performance, leads, sales, rankings, or engagement.

Trial accounts use configurable text- and image-generation quotas. Trial expiration pauses product and background AI work; queued work is preserved for review rather than silently completed after access returns.

Connected platform data is used for the authenticated business account's features and is not used to train generalized AI models. See the Privacy Policy and Platform Data Deletion Instructions for retention, disconnection, and deletion details.
